Accounting Analyst - HOA

Overview of the Accounting Analyst role:
- The Financial Analyst will provide budgeting, reporting, and analytical needs associated with HOA funds
- Support the monthly cash flow forecasting
- Account reconciliations, journal entries, and reclasses
- Partner with field operations to assist with budgeting
- Must feel comfortable in Excel
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience
- Resort/timeshare experience (+)
